Im sorry I didnt start watching Oak Island until after Series 3. Absolutely heartbreaking far too young. God only takes the best. Be proud and cherish those funny happy memories because he wouldnt want you to be sad.

What a wonderful young man, I am not sure he knew or you do but his enthusiasm for everything touched alot of people grom watching the show. When he wrote family forever it said a lot about him. I am so sorry for your loss and there isn't anything for your pain I can say but i know he is in a great place and he isn't far from you and one day ypu will meet again. As a long time viewer & fan of "the Curse of Oak Island" TV show, I'm heartbroken over the loss of this fine 17 yr. old young man. I pray for comfort from our Savior Jesus Christ to your entire family. Unexpected deaths are so very painful but esp. when that passing is such a young person. Knowing there is an afterlife is such a comfort. Knowing we'll all see our loved ones again is so helpful getting us thru our time of mourning. Drake's spirit will be with you. God bless you all.

I love this show and the comradery that all of you exhibited regardless of your differences. Drake was a big part of that. I would like to see you name you next major discovery after him; in his honor. He deserved no less.

I am a fan of the show and my heart broke when I heard what happened to Drake. I am so sorry for your family and can not say how much your loss has affected me. You are constantly in my thoughts and prayers. I always thought how amazing it was that all of you were family members on Oak Island and it was a family search. To the Tester Family - you invited millions of us in to be a part of your family as you have been on this adventure of Oak Island. My heart aches with grief for you and with you, having lost my dad 16 days before Drake's passing. My dad was a life long New Englander, with a love of all subjects, including history, which would not surprise me to have included Oak Island. Drake is the type of kid by dad would get the biggest kick out of talking with, and I am sure they have. Please know my deepest sympathies are with you, Drake continues to be a part of your life and your journey, and always will be. Sending the largest of hugs from North Carolina.

To all the precious Tester family and friends of this sweet and courageous young man, Drake, I offer my sincere grief and condolences. I didn't know until the show aired seven months later and I cried uncontrollably upon hearing the news and seeing Craig and Jacks grief.
I immediately prayed that God ease their pain even though this seems impossible He will. Please know the impact this news had on the common viewer who witnessed this fine young man. His work ethic and character were imminating from precious Drake.
If only all teens could be like Drake.

While catching up on the events of Oak Island, I learned about Drake passing. I want to express my sincere condolences. I enjoyed seeing him on the show. He seemed like such a sweet kid. I know angels were lined up on the banks of that distant shore with arms open wide to welcome him home!

I lost my niece, Tracie Jo King, in 1989, and she was 5 days short of her 15th birthday. We as a family were devastated. It is with much empathy, and sympathy, that I send this.
