Duncan LEVERE Obituary
February 23, 1925 – April 22, 2016
Peacefully at the Groves Park Lodge in Renfrew on Friday, April 22, 2016 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Jean Margaret Levere (nee Judd). Loving father of Faye (Doug), Danny and the late Karen (Joe). Proud grandfather of three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A special uncle to his many nieces and nephews. He will be especially missed by his niece Dawn, great- niece Jenna (Matt) and their children, Wyatt, Ty and Cody. He was predeceased by his mother Mabel, his father Harold and his three sisters, Audrey, Joy and Joyce. Duncan was an active member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and a very proud member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 108 in Winchester. Family and Friends are invited to visit at the Daniels Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mcgarry, 472 Main Street, Winchester on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 6 – 8 p.m. and on Thursday, April 28 from 9:30 a.m. until the Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Springhill Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Winchester District Memorial Hospital, 566 Louise Street, Winchester or to The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 108, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
