Reading all of the wonderful things about Dwight just solidifies what we already know. Dwight's time here on earth touched so many people, often times without one word being spoken. Most of the posts speak of that smile that will forever be etched in all of our minds and hearts. His kindness and genuine warmth that was felt every time he walked into a room. What a joy to have so many wonderful memories to reflect upon! Find strength and comfort IN those memories and in knowing Dwight resides with the Father forever more!! Though this feels like a time of sorrow, actually it is a time to rejoice! Weeping may endure for a night... but joy truly does come in the morning!! I lift each one of you up in prayer. My prayer for your family is for peace.

I was shocked when I heard about the unexpected passing of Dwight. What a loss for all of you. But they say that the one who is loved the most by the Lord, is the one who attains eternity. He had a contagious smile that I can remember that goes back to when we were all children in South Topeka. Dwight will remain in our memories forever. I, too, worked with Dwight at the Toyota dealership. He was often the first person to say good morning to me and just as often the last person I'd see leaving at the end of the day, always saying "have a good night". Almighty God give this family the courage and the strength that they need to forge ahead with their lives. May they find continual comfort and relief in knowing that their love knows no boundaries, and that you have blessed them with a love of this magnitude . . . because you are love. Help them to know that even though they are starting a new chapter in their lives, that you are there to help them and guide them whenever they allow you to. To the Family of Dwight McLauglin: I grew with Dwight though he was a few years younger his step-sisters the Pattersons and the family were neighbors of ours. Dwight use to follow the band "Black Velvet" around, like I, and many others did and he always, always was laughing and smilng. In the mist of my recent researching my family tree I had just found where Loy, his father was related. My prayers to the family and deep heartfelt sympathy goes out to them. Dwight was a wonderful person.
