I used to watch Dwight Thompson on TBN with Jan and Paul Crouch, he was on fire for God!! So passionate with his calling, he was funny, my mom and I would sit in front of the TV and just be captivated by his sermons, I miss him and all the Saints that he is with now in Heaven including my mom and dad, thank you Jesus that I still have TBN, I would love to see some reruns of Praise The Lord,

To God be the glory! I am just finding out tonight, just before midnight, that my Elder Brother in Christ has been with the Lord for such a long time. Thank you Lord for your most humble Servant, Dwight Thompson. He was also very humorous and anointed with joy. Wow!!!

Was an honor to work behind the scene with Dwight when he lived in Corona California. We had an awesome revival at our Church. Was amazing what God did through him. He was such a a humble man. Loved and missed by me and many more.

Dwight came to speak at a Christian Summer Camp in
Pine Mountain, GA when I was
9 yrs old and that night I received
Jesus as Lord of my life. This story I
shared in Bible Study tonite.......
So later I googled Him and discovered that he's waiting in Glory for us, what a life he lived
while here !
I pray "God" will comfort and put a
New Song in the Hearts of all his loved ones.....In JESUS' Name, Amen.

I listened to Dwight Thomson cassette tapes as a young boy and continued for many years.
We would later become friends with Dwight & Zonelle through mutual friends and ministers.
I was shocked to see Dwight had passed.
Sending condolences to Zonelle and family.

Sister THOMPSON, I appreciate your husband`s ministry when he was alive even now I drive Truck up down the highways and I listen to his preaching 24 hours a day. It´s a blessing to help me grow in Christ Jesus there´s no more good preachers. I don´t think God bless you in Jesus name.

I live in South Bend Indiana. We went to see Dwight at the Lester Sumrall campmeeting, it was the early 90's. All the people were talking and shaking hands with Dwight. I silently wished that I could see and talk To Dwight Thompson some day. I listened to his tapes every day in my car, during my job as an insurance man. Well the next day I had to pick up my dad from the south bend airport. Guess who I seen walking toward me ?? Dwight! I told him of my wish to talk to him the previous evening. We talked and we shook hands. What a Great man of God! Great Memory!

I did not know he passed away but I never got to meet him personally but his sermons let me know he was a minister with a spirit that would not back down in adversity or from the word of God but he loved people enough to preach the Gospel. None of us are prefect but we can live close to our Heavenly Father and serve Christ in His kingdom and have not worldly love but The Agape love of God. To the family and friends, I am so sorry that I just found out about Dwight. I have been in great, ungodly, severe stabbing burning pain in most of my body but especially in my head, neck, feet, legs arms etc. Dwight was a great soldier in the army of the Lord! God be with you the family, the friends, fellow ministers. We love and pray for your grief in the passing of our beloved friend and minister: Dwight Thompson In Christ Love: From all of us: "EVANG. BOBBY PRESNELL & FAMILY. WE LOVED AND GOT FEED IN OUR SOULS WHEN WE COULD NOT GO TO THE HOUSE OF WORSHIP. WE GOT FEED FROM THE WORD BY YOU: WE KNOW THAT YOU GOT A GREAT REWARD FOR PRECHING THE WORD OF GOD. WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU:

Just found the "God's Promises for your every need" having been my grandmother's use and mother's use and
now mine. Will do best to rediscover GOD's promises in a most organized way.

The world is becoming darker with the passing of many great evangelists. If God has called you, He will equip you. Dwight’s work helped me to take the Church out to the sidewalks. God bless you Dwight. Blessings to the family.
