I served with Wayne when he was a veteran of the 8th Battalion 4th Artillery in Vietnam. I am sad to hear about his death. His obituary and information about the funeral home has been circulated to the members of the 8th Battalion 4th Field Artillery Association. Eventually all of our battalion veterans will join Wayne for the great eternal reunion.

I love you, Daddie and already miss you so very much. You were an amazing man and an even more amazing father. You are so loved by so many people. The lives of all of us that love you will forever be changed without you here. Rest In Peace.
I'll see you in heaven.
