I'm so very sorry for your loss. Dwight was joy to be around. He always had a smile on his face - especially when talking about his family. He also knew all there was to know about the operations of the FDIC and was the go-to guy for questions, transportation issues as well as other FDIC related issues. He will be sorely missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him. God Bless you.

I will miss Dwight. He was full of life, love and exzuded such joy! He was a sweet blend with that contagious smile that always defined his very "being".., "marvelous" he would say whenever you asked him how he was doing "just marvelous"! What an inspiration! Dwight inspired many, just his presence would lift you spirit! I knew, it was the God in him! He let his light shine and I will truly miss him! My prayers are with you Donna. I was so sadden to hear about Dwight. I remember, he would visit the Chairman's Office on the 6th floor and he always kept me laughing. He would take time to share pictures of his family (his daughters), vacation spots and his cars. He will truly be missed. I could always call on him for assistance with parking issues. He would pop into my office with that big smile and his "wot your name izz" line which always cracked me up. My heart hurts for you and your family. I pray that your faith and trust in God brings you comfort and peace. Dwight will truly be missed. Him showing me pictures of vintage cars, calling people "bammas" and asking me daily "What 'cho name is" will be eternally missed. I can't think of an encounter with him that didn't incorporate laughter and me saying "Dwight ,I'm not fooling with you today!" He always made those around him smile. May his memories keep smiles on your faces and fill you with joy.

Donna: You and your family have my sincerest sympathy in the passing of Dwight. At the FDIC, he could be serious one minute and comical the next. He always left me with a laugh or smile as he was passing through. We'll definitely miss him.

Donna, please know that the Wallace/Randall family have you and your family lifted in continuous prayer; also your FDIC family, so you are surrounded by prayers. Dwight was an amazing man who accomplished amazing things in his lifetime.
