Earl Circle

Earl Circle passed away on August 5, 2025, in Roseville, California, at the age of 87. He was born on December 3, 1937, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the second of four children to Arthur and Lela Circle.

Earl graduated from Roseville High School, Roseville, Ca in 1955. He later attended California State University Sacramento, graduating with an Accounting degree in 1970.

Earl was married twice, but it was with his second wife that he adopted 3 children between 1985 and 1987. Earl held a long standing position as Deputy Tax Collector of Placer County, Ca until he retired in 1990. Although he retired from the county, he continued to operate his own business, Circle Tax Service, for more than 50 years, all the way up into his very final days. He genuinely loved his clients and looked forward to meeting with them each year to do their taxes.

Earl was very passionate about sports and was a devoted fan of the San Francisco 49ers and the Oakland A's.

Earl is survived by his eldest daughter Audra, as well as his two other children. He also leaves behind five grandchildren, including Alex and Andrew.

Earl was kind and generous, and will be deeply missed by those who appreciated him and those who loved him.
