Sympathy to all of Earls family. My mothers oldest brother Claude Davidson was married to Hattie Perkins, which is my connection to Earl.We became acquainted back in high school and right after the war.. ..

I was a classmate of Earl"s at UND and a geologist for Conoco who was transferred to Midland In !954. My first lunch in Midland was with Earl and we "Nodakers" would get together frequently over the next two years. I moved back to the Rockies and never had the opportunity to visit Earl again. WE all enjoyed him so much-his obituary was very accurate in describing him.

Our regrets to all of his family-we know they will miss him.

My deepest sympathy. We were just early morning walk-friends, but they have been missed. Did not know where he went, but my schnauzer Max and I looked up and down the roads. A good man & will be welcomed up yonder as such. Hope to see him again....

It sounds like Mr. Perkins touched many in his years. To agree with Cindy Spilde's guestbook entry, I did not know Earl Perkins, but I too am sorry that I missed out on meeting such a wonderful life. My condolences to your family. And my hat's off to the writer of this obituary - it certianly gave those of us who did not know "Perk" the opportunity to get a glimpse of who he was.
