To Earlene's Family,
I am so very deeply saddened to hear of Earlene's passing. She was a wonderful person and a great friend to many, including me. I loved the times that we shared in Santa Fe and came to know that she loved her family deeply and passionately. I know that you will miss her, but it is my prayer that time will soften the pain of your loss and give way to sweet memories of Earlene and the times that you spent together. In deepest sympathy,
Blake and Terri Curtis

As Superintendent of Schools at Dora for 9 years, I always enjoyed my time with Rep. Roberts. I saw her many times in the "Merry Round House" and she was the one making things MERRY! A fun, Godly woman that wasn't afraid to let her Christianity show! I always saw her fighting hard for Eastern and South Eastern New Mexico in the legislature.
God graces our lives from time to time with people that will have a lasting impact us and Earline was one of those, without a doubt!

I knew Earlene Roberts as a fine Republican representative and I went to school with her last Husband Holmes Lovejoy at Dora High School in the 50"s and and there was not anyone that did not praise them for their good nature and friendliness. I ran for Magistrate Judge in the late 90's when Earlene was campaigning for re-election and this was when we first met. She was a gracious lady and Holmes was a country Gentleman. She will be sorely missed and Heaven has gained a welcome soul. May God bless her family that cherished her so much.
