I just learned of Ed's passing. What a wonderful, and caring man he was. He and my mother, Betty Jean McAuley Manley were first cousins, and great friends from childhood. They stayed in touch through all the years, until she lost her memories to Alzheimer's around 2010. Ed was part of the family, and I always loved chatting with him at family functions. My condolences to his wife, and children. He was one of the good guys.

My condolences to the family. Ed was my grandmother's (Jessie Lou Pearce Manley) cousin. I hadn't seen him since she passed in 2003. Prayers for you all.
