I only knew Eddie for a short while. He was a patient where I worked as a nurse. He was a true gem. Quiet but mighty. He put up a strong fight. It was always a pleasure to see him and talk to him. He was one of those people that always brought a smile to your face when he arrived. He is one patient that I am glad I came to know and I will remember him always.

It is with great sadness to hear of Mr Beverly's passing. Being one of the nurses in the infusion center taking care of him was an honor. I know the last 18 months or so, was very difficult for him and his family. They took such wonderful care of him!
In seeing him regularly he ALWAYS brought a smile and sweet attitude no matter how he was feeling.
Upon hearing of his passing all of us at the center shared in our stories about him and how much he touched our lives. Our sympathy to his family. He will truly be missed.

Mama Bessie and family,
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to each and everyone of you. Your husband and father was a very , very special man and he treated me just like family. He was a strong pillar for the family and he is going to be greatly missed. I love you all and you know if there is anything that i can do for you please don't hesitate to ask. Remember those happy times that you were able to spend with him because i know that i will and all the words of advice that he shared with me. Remember "weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning. "
