Within my first few months at the department, I met Mr. Mayo in the lobby of the jail. By far one of the happiest person I ever met. On may occasions afterwards, I never had a conversation with him where he wasn't upbeat, happy and full of laughs. My condolences to his entire family. Mike/Jennifer Amerson
