Edith will never be forgotten. She was a kind and gentle soul who always saw the best in everyone she knew. We will miss her forever. Rest in peace dear Edith.

I had the pleasure of meeting Edith at Stillwater Creek while I was there visiting a friend. She was always so sweet...she was very quiet but always had a hello and thank you for everyone. She will be missed I'm sure.

I second Ian's comments. Edith (and Paul) were great relatives for any niece to have. I learned a lot from Edith by watching how she lived her life and how she treated those around her. Always kind, generous, and polite. She taught by living as she believed was right, not by telling people how to live their lives. Even when I visited in the last few years and she did not know who I was, she was still polite and kind to me.

Dear Aunt Ede was the nicest person with never a bad word for anyone. Her kindness and thoughtfulness was applied to all. She had a great sense of humor and would have a quiet smile when Paul would pretend to be a 'Mon-senior' or some such, then she would admonish him with an embarrassed "Oh Paul". My father used to to take the grade 'A' metal button off of the chicken and stick it in her mashed potatoes as a joke because he thought she was so proper. Aunt Ede was 'proper', a good listener, a good Catholic and an athlete in her younger days and just an all round wonderful person. She will be sorely missed. God keep and bless you.
