Edmond SEGUIN

SEGUIN, Edmond Joseph Passed away at home on January 12, 2004 at the age of 76 in his 50th year of marriage to Marie-Anne Beneteau-Seguin (Madame Seguin). Father of Luc (Luke) Seguin and Shari Seguin, Denis Seguin, Yvette and Bill Meloche, Elise Seguin and Kirk DeLuca. Dear Pepe of: Monique Seguin and Peter Quinlan, Cory, Brittney and Tyler Seguin; Nicole, Lisette and Ryan Meloche; Scott and Kaitlin MacLellan. Grand Pepe of Jake Peter Quinlan. Son of Albert (1972) and Evelyn (1985) Seguin. Brother of Henry and Yvonne (1999) Seguin, Pauline Seguin (1964), Norman Seguin and Mary Seguin. Brother-in-law of Gerard and Jo-Ann Beneteau, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Marie-Anne Dupuis Beneteau (1996) Ernestine and Richard Vandelinder, Marie-Rose Beneteau (Bennie) and longtime family friend Peggy Scott. Godfather of Rose Renaud, Doug Fryer, Monique Beneteau, Marc Vandelinder, Tom Mason, Rosaire Bondy and Flora Jahier (France). Mr Seguin retired from Purity/Ault Dairies in 1989. He was an active member of Paroisse St.Joseph Parish, a Basilian Lay Associate and Instructor with the Sun Parlour Radio Control Flying Club. Visitation will be held at the James H. Sutton Funeral Home, 401 Sandwich S. in Amherstburg on Wednesday and Thursday, from 2 p.m.- 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.- 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, January 16th at 10:15 a.m., then to St. Joseph's Church, River Canard for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment at St. Joseph's Church Cemetery. Parish prayers Thursday evening at 8:00 p.m. Donations may be made to the Basilian Fathers' Home and Foreign Missions, The Hospice of Windsor or to the Paroisse St. Joseph Parish Restoration Fund.
