I'm gutted to be learning of Tom's passing just now. I listened to him over 20 years ago when I first got into trading. A true Bostonian, New Englander, His energy, enthusiasm, and passion truly made him seem somewhat invincible. Over the years, I always had to tune in when the markets saw peak volatility as we have currently for his insights. Shocking, and so sorry to learn of the news only just now. My condolences to his family and the whole TFFN community. Always remember to "make it a good one out there" Tommy's Gone to soon. RIP

I will miss the tiger growl..1998 was when I first started listening to the show. The retracement on lighter volume ...ahhh yes. We talked several times, and he was a great help to me and many others. My condolences to family and friends.

I got to meet Tom once, years ago at a seminar in Nashua, NH. he was a warm, welcoming gentleman. He's instruction changed my life and allowed me to leave an incredible legacy for my kids and grandkids. If one is judged by the lives he touches, Tom was a truly rich man. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. In his memory, we'll keep on growlin and prowlin...

I have been trading for over 30 years. When I was finally able to get my hands on Tom's book it was like Christmas! A few years ago I discovered how to view and listen to his TFNN market broadcasts. Every night before going to bed I would listen to what Tom had to say about the markets. He made me a lot of money! I was shocked today to learn of his passing from a fellow trader. Thank you for your inspiration, guidance and love! God bless you and your family!

I just found out about Tom. I'm sick to my stomach at his passing. I thought Tom was off in Georgia building. He has made me feel like a fixture of his show for 26 years. Being from Wakefield Mass, I loved hid stories. A self-made millionaire and an inspiration. I am sick over this and depressed. Jose (Joseph) /Lakeland

When we met Tom 4+ years ago he became our landlord. Then we bought a Tiger home in Palmetto Park and he became our seller. But most importantly he became our friend. What a bright and shining spirit he was! Tom will be missed.

And nobody builds a home like Tiger Tom!

I have been listening to Tom's radio show back in the 1990's, I lived in Mass.. I been to the World Trade Center event Tom had in 2000. Even though Tom may not know me, I all ways felt like he was my friend. One time I had my son called in to Tom, about a stock. My son's name is Tom too. I will truly miss him, my God be with him and God bless his family.

Having met Tom at his New Hampshire office back in 2002, where we sat chatting as I set-up my laptop with charts running, I would occasionally glance at my computer. Finally, I mentioned that at the next highest peak the price should slide sharply. Seconds later, it did just that.

Tom immediately asked me if I would consider joining TFNN. I said yes, as long it included an educational component.

It's been over 21-years working with Tom at TFNN, so the shock and sadness of his succumbing to cancer has been heart wrenching.

Tom had an innate ability to absorb new information, savor and digest it, before turning it into a highly succesful venture. His enthusiasm, knowledge, love of life and people, impacted us all at TFNN, and around the world.

Together with my wife, Chava, our last meeting was together with Tom and Bridget on his boat shooting the breaze with a strong head wind. In this case, sadly, there will not 'be another trade".

My deepest, heartfelt condolences go to his wonderful and highly capable son, Tommy, and to his family and dear ones. May your memories and love for one another sustain you at this time.

With gratitude, good fortune, and appreciation to have had such a close professional and respectful relationship with Tom, goodbye my dear friend.

To Tommy II and Tommy 3

Tom O'Brien, aka OB1, led an INSPIRED life. ITS A BEAUTIFUL THING !!

I will always recall the trip he took in past 6/12 months where he duo-parasailed in CO.
That was a very fitting way to have one of the life's last experiences!
We will support you and TFNN Team continuing TFNN !!!

I am so saddened at the news of Tom's passing. It is hard to except because his love of life was so contagious. I knew him through working with Tiger Construction and always enjoyed his smile and energy he brought into the office when he visited my boss Roland. Tears of sadness run down my cheeks as I write this, but light shines in my heart thinking about his impact he had on people. My sincerely heartfelt condolences to his wife and family. We were all Blessed to have known him.
