Louisville - Edmund C. Rapp, age 85, of Louisville, KY, passed away peacefully at his home on December 28, 2023.

Ed was a graduate of St Xavier High School and U of L. He was a member of St. Albert the Great Church, St. Al's Aces and was a KY Colonel.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edmund and Estelle Rapp, and siblings Larry Rapp and Norma Raydon.

He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Rainey; children Edmund "Chuck" Rapp and Renee (Steve) Fulton; grandchildren, Amber Rapp, Heather Rapp Parrish, Christine Fulton Wessel and Patrick Fulton; and great- grandchildren Aiden and Ethan Eldridge. He is survived by siblings Bob Rapp, Collista Jakoby, Janice Thomas, Claudette Ruckriegel and Donna (Rick) Koch.

Visitation will be Friday, January 5, 2024, from 9:30-11:00 AM at St. Albert the Great Church, followed by Mass at 11:00AM and Reception following at the Gathering Space at Church.

Donations may be made to the Leukemia Society or the MS Society in lieu of flowers.

We are going to miss Eddie. A great guy!!

We had a blast when Steve Spies, Steve Fulton, Roger Edin and me played golf together. Daddy Spies rode with us on the golf carts. We shared stories, had a few drinks and told jokes. A memory I cherish.
