Auntie Edna was a great lady, very kind and generous, full of passion and ready to share her love of teaching others her crafts. I spent many hours with her in my teens and newly married, learning and admiring her ceramics. She always asked me to come and learn with her, which, there never seemed the time to do...I wish I had. I know she is resting in Jesus' arms. May you, the family find peace and comfort during the loss of your mom and grandmother.

In my Rose Garden of memories
I see you standing there
The One Who taught me how to care
I long to hear your voice
for real not in my dreams
I am missing you so much these days
how empty my world seems
People say time heals all wounds
that someday the pain will subside
But Grandma I can tell you
I think they must have lied
The emptiness I am feeling now
is strong and I am weak
These days go by without you
so dreary and so bleak
In my Rose Garden of memories
I know you'll always be
for though you're gone
from this mortal world
Forever in my heart I'll always keep

We are so sorry to read about the passing of Aunt Edna. We have many fond memories of staying with your family in Ashmont. We will always remember her working very hard and having a great sense of humor. Aunt Edna was always the sister mom never had and she spoke of her often.
Our sincere condolences to your family.
Love Loretta, Lorna, Maureen and Lloyd (Waters)
