TRUDGEON, Edna On July 20, 2009 Mrs. Edna Trudgeon of Lamont passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 93. She is lovingly remembered by her three children; Murray (Dorothy), Arlene Trudgeon and Barry (Sharon), seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson as well many relatives and friends. Edna was predeceased by her husband Charles Allan Trudgeon and her son Douglas Grant Trudgeon and his wife Marvina. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, July 27, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home, south of Wye Road on Range Road 232, Sherwood Park. Inurnment and a reception will follow at Glenwood Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta or to the Alberta Cancer Foundation. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember going to Lamont with my aunt and uncle Ada and Malfred Haakensoni in the summers when i was young.she was a great friend.

I'm sadden by your loss. I remember when I was little we'd go visit with Auntie Edna and Uncle Charlie. I used to love staying there. Auntie Edna would always make us kids feel right at home. She will be greatly missed.
