Eduardo Varela Obituary
Eduardo was raised in Garland, TX attending Lakeview Centennial High School in 2014 and Graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos Texas in 2018. Eduardo was single with no children.
Eduardo spent his spare time enjoying all of what life had to offer with his family and friends. His family and friends will always remember Eduardo as someone who made the best of every situation no matter the circumstances while constantly having a smile on his face.
He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Ramona Nava Granados and is survived alongside is his (Mother) Maggie, (Father) Julio, (Sister) Isa, Grandfather, Trinidad Granados, Grandparents, Julia Grajales Cordoba and Adrian Varela Salazar and a countless amount of friends and family. The Wire once said "Ain't no shame in holding on to grief, as long as you make room for other things too". These are hard times, but Ed would remind us to live on, love and enjoy life while building relationships, because that is all that we have!
Visitation will be Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Gonzalez Funeral Home with a Rosary at 6 p.m. Funeral Mass will Be Friday, May 4, 2018 at 12 Noon at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 214 S. Garland Ave. Garland, TX 75040 with burial to follow in Sachse Cemetery, 6314 Sachse St, Sachse, TX 75048.

Ed was such a beautiful friend and so selfess. I never heard a negative comment come from his mouth. Ed always wanted more friends so he hung out with everyone and included anyone. We (other board members, him, me) went to the square after PAD chapter meetings a few times for a casual conversation and drinks. I got to know him better that way. One night we just stood outside talking for a few hours. He was a great listener. I will never forget him. In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.
