We are so sorry to learn of our friend's passing. We will miss him and our conversations about Carolina (USC) and Georgia football, and our times together at the Masters Golf Tournament> Maybe he and Rick can bet a golf ball on the winner of next year's tournament.

My love goes out to the family, especially Leila. Lou really wanted to walk me "down the aisle". I will never forget his sweetness and kindness.
