Edward L. Beck Jr.

Edward L. Beck, Jr. age 80 of Naples died December 2, 2015. He was veteran of the U S Navy serving during Korea. He had been a resident the past 28 years coming from Brooklyn, NY. He retired from the New York City Fire Department where he had served as a fire fighter for 20 years and 8 years as a fire marshal. He is survived by his son, Father Edward L. Beck III of Pelham, NY and Christopher (Jayne) Beck of Matawan, NJ. He is also survived by a grandson, Jack Beck of Matawan, NJ and his brother, Charles (Joanna) Beck of Naples and his companion Barbara Herman of Naples. He was preceded in death by his wife Geraldine Beck. The family will receive friends from 10 to 10:45am Monday, Dec. 7 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, where a funeral mass will be held at 11:00am. Inurnment will follow at St. Peter the Apostle Columbarium.
