Dear Regina and family,
I have the best memories of Ned at Keystone and around our community. He was larger than life, always smiling, always ready to jump in the mix, and always challenging everyone to start something new or do a better job. He inspired me to do more, be more and think bigger!!! He was a great human soul and I know he is with his God and at peace. Our prayers are with you at this sad time. We are however, smiling when we think of Ned.

So sorry to read of Dr. "Ned" Boehm passing. Linda Tutwiler and I were very greatful for all his leadership, help, and time in setting up the Jacob Oliver Tutwiler and Helen N Tutwiler scholarship fund at Marshall. We have often thought of him over the years and glad we had the good fortune to meet him.
