The definition of a true gentleman! He always had a kind word and a smile on his face. I'm honored to have known him and his beautiful wife, June. Prayers to the Carter family.

Have comfort in knowing that God is close to those who are brokenhearted. Because of God's love expressed through the ransom sacrifice of his Son, Jesus Christ, we can look forward to seeing our loved ones again. He keeps them all in his memory. May you find comfort, strength and hope in the Father of comfort and tender mercies.

It was very sad news to hear of Ed's passing. We were just starting our annual Gum Dipper Reunion on Friday, where he gave our invocation every year, until he could no longer attend. I made the announcement at our opening ceremony where all of our attendees were as saddened as I was. I worked for and with Ed for many years and told him once, after we were long retired..."you were the best boss I ever had." He will be greatly missed by many.

Kit,
We are so sorry about your dad. He was, indeed, a good man.
May he now rest in peace forever in the arms of our Lord.
Deepest sympathy to you and Ken, and all of your family.
Love,
Frank & MJ
