Ine great memory I have is a time that my dad and I met up with him a Starbucks, and we decided to grab a bite to eat. My dad was going on and on about how amazing the BLTs were so all 3 of us ordered one...the food came and before we started eating, and not noticing, my uncle and I both opened up the BLT and started taking the tomatoes off of it, after a few seconds we froze and looked up at eachother at the same time and just started laughing.. we didn't know the other didn't like them and pretty much js ordered the BLT bc my dad was so insistent for us to get them

My favorite memory of my Uncle Ed is EVERY holiday that he got me and my sister presents, he would put SOOO much tape on them, the wrapping paper. Then if the gift was in a box. That would be taped at every possible spot.. it was great.. we'd have to have my dad open the boxes for us bc we couldn't get the tape off lol. but he would crack up EVERYTIME...it was something that was expected every birthday and Christmas. ...it's just one of soooo many great, favorite memories with my Uncle Ed.
