Edward was my cousin by marriage; his late wife Myrna was my first cousin. Over the years, Edward and I had many long and interesting phone conversations about his career and his escape from Belgium with his parents. I just recently learned of his death and am saddened by the loss. My condolences to my first cousins once removed, Scott and Matthew, and their families.

What an amazing life. "Uncle Ed" was always kind and genuine. Family visit to AZ and trips will always be special memories for me.

Scott and Matt, so sorry for the loss of your dad. I have fond memories of him from the early 1990´s when I arrived at your house he was always gracious and always curious what we boys (in our 20´s) were up to. I guess Scott´s adventures were never ordinary. I remember stranded at sea and rescued by HLP party barge catamaran and a couple of adventures that included a blow torch! Fond memories when your dad was consulting at Brown and Root and would often stop and chat in the hallway. Blessed memories, in this difficult time. With the passing of my Dad a couple of weeks ago, we share the mourning and healing process. I never imagined it to be so very very difficult.
Your true friend,
Ian
