Steven Niece Obituary
Family will be receiving friends, Thursday August 13, 2015, at 606 Wylie Cox Circle, Portales, NM from 3:00pm - 6:00pm. Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, August 14, 2015, at Portales Cemetery with Pastor Michael Gildcrest officiating.
Steven was born November 19, 1954, to Leonard Lloyd and Mattie (Storrs) Niece in Clovis, NM. He enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his two sons, Jack Ray Niece of Albuquerque, NM, and Steven Kade Niece of Portales, NM; and two brothers, Terry Niece of Clovis, NM and Doug (Debbie) Niece of Portales, NM.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Mattie Niece.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss of Steve. I know it had been years since I saw him but I always thought he was very special and a young love that we shared in high school. May God Bless to all the family and friends. I wasn't sure if he had been sick o4 what had happened. Juanita Riley Cornett
