Sympathy is offered to you from the residents, staff and families of Lewis Memorial Christian Village. We were so happy to have Jack as a part of our family. His music was admired and enjoyed by so many-his talent was amazing and whenever he sat down to play a crowd would assemble. Our prayer is that you will find comfort and peace in your loss.

As a volunteer at Daily Bread, I had the opportunity to visit with Jack every Friday on my delivery rounds. Jack always had a kind word and liked to share his memories with me. I will always remember him. My deepest sympathy to his wife and family.
