Mary, I just heard about Ed and I am so sorry for your loss; my heart aches for you. I pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to comfort you.

Dear Mary, Pete and I just found out about your terrible loss. We will always value our friendship with Ed (at CCHS as student/friends) , at St Ignatius and in Tower City with our sons, and with you in Disney. We promise to never forget him. Our prayers go with you and the family.

Oh, Mary. This news came as such a surprise and a shock. It gives me mixed feelings - sadness that Ed is no longer in our presence, but yet happiness that he is celebrating his (and your) beliefs of afterlife. Let that party begin....perhaps he is already starting to prep an event in that afterlife. And what an event it will be! Are there rowdy events in Heaven? There will be now! In the meantime, be strong and carry on with the caring and beliefs that made you strong and confident.
I still will grieve at the loss of his physical being as one of a neat tag team in our community......

Dear Mary,
I extend to you and Ed's family my sincerest sympathies. I worked with Ed on the WDW railroad as an engineer for several years. We always worked New Year's Eve together for many of those years. The "two padres" would give the kids the night off to celebrate. We shared so many stories about our ministries during those times we worked together. I will treasure them as precious moments.
