Capt. Ed was a great Marine, fabulous tour guide, and friend. Semper Fi, Capt. Ed. Cherie and I appreciated you, your sense-of-humor, and knowledge.

To the Garr family, Ed was fantastic and we know you miss him. Our thoughts are with him, and I'm sure he's the head of one of the MP detachments on Heaven's scene.

I always enjoyed seeing Ed and Lee when I came home to Ocala. So sorry for your loss.

Ed you have left us now but I will not forget Ed Garr When you worked with the city on license detail you would come by and visit me at my office or on the job you were very fair and hard working in what you did You always would take time to talk to me and discuss the days activity God has taken you away and I believe when God takes me also we will meet again Ed your friend J G Clark and family
