Edward Keebler Obituary

Edward “Ed” Keebler, of East Norriton, PA passed away peacefully in his home on March 3, 2018 at the age of 90. He was born in Philadelphia on August 14th, 1927 and was the son of the late John F. and Mary (McGlone) Keebler. He is survived by his wife Carol (Troisi), two sons David and his wife Marlene, Chris Keebler and his fiance’ Beth Yocum and six grandchildren Casie, Devon, Victoria, Christopher, Ryan and Logan. Predeceased by a son Edward G. Keebler Jr., daughter-in-law Valerie and brother John Keebler. Edward graduated from Roman Catholic HS and was a Veteran of the United States Navy during WWII. Afterwards he attended LaSalle College. He was a member of St. Paul’s Church. He loved his family and cherished spending time with them hunting, fishing and watching them play sports. He loved nothing more than to spend a long weekend with his family at their mountain house in upstate Pennsylvania, which he build with his sons in 1988. Edward loved bowling; he was an avid bowler for 65 years winning many championships and making friends until his death. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral mass on Thursday, March 8th at 10:30 AM in St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church, East Norriton. Friends may call Thursday from 9:15 AM – 10:30 AM at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church, East Norriton. Funeral Arrangements are in the care of Volpe funeral Home Norristown (VolpeFH.com)
