To the Kowalski Family,

Please accept our condolences on the recent loss of Ed. I had the honor to work with him at Carolinas Hospital System during my time as OR Director at the facility. He was a wonderful person and a dear friend. We would frequently talk of the many interests and ideas he had both at work and outside. My wife and I were fortunate to be able to spend time with ED in his home as he prepared the food he enjoyed so much. His warmth, humor and friendship will be missed by many.

We are sorry for your loss.
