I first met Ed 25 years ago when I started at Trugreen. He was always very nice to me and helped me feel like part of the team. Rest in Peace Ed!

Going to miss Ed he was a great guy. We worked together for a long time at Tru-Green. He liked coming up to our cottage in Caseville he enjoyed going out fishing, but he wasn´t very good at it first, but I got him through it yeah especially baiting the hook we also did a lot of golfing we had a lot of good times rest in peace, Eddie

I´m sorry to hear of Ed passing away. He was a friend of my brother, Bob Weber. Ed used to come up to our cottage in Caseville. In fact, the picture of him holding a fish was taken at our cottage. We always enjoyed having Ed come to stay. I always made sure that I was on Ed´s team when we played trivial pursuit. He was a fun guy. Rest in peace Ed.

So Sorry to Hear of Ed´s Passing I worked with him for some Years at Trugreen. Very kind and always a Hard worker. We would always appreciate his extra work to help us get Fridays or Saturdays off , cause he was the guy who could really hit our production goals set by management RIP My Friend

One of the times I went to San Diego with Ed, he read that the The Oscar Meyer mobile was going to be around San Diego. We spent a good part of the day searching for it to no avail. About the time Ed decided to give up, he spotted it. We followed it from Mission Beach to Ocean Beach. It was very unceremonious once we caught up with it. However, the happiness and excitement in Ed the entire time of that adventure made it all worth it. It was as if a childhood dream of his had been fulfilled. I will always remember how Ed laughed and smiled; how he made me laugh and smile.

I remember going to Joshua Tree for a few days. We drove around 29 Palms looking for Eric Burdon's house; found a rainbow instead.

Met Ed in 1983, we started work together. Had a lot of good times together, golf scramble, U of M versus MSU games, some poker games. Always could count on some good times at these events. Ed always worked hard and saved, knew it took some time to pay off law school, he drove old blue Chevy way too long. Always enjoyed Ed´s company, even got to be his cat sitter when he visited San Diego.

When my youngest daughter was still a baby in 1986 Ed came over one day and spoon fed her food to her. He was somewhat nervous but I actually think Ed he enjoyed it I tell my daughter still about this story. Both of my daughters who are around 40 now have heard this story many times. They both remember him from other visits and know he was a good friend

We had a company sponsored training event at a county park near Brighton. It started at 8am. I get there early with the other people and Ed is out swimming in the lake already It wasn´t the best little lake. Had a lot of seaweed on him trying to get out He looked like Man from Atlantis. We all had a good laugh. But Ed never minded it at all!!

I was a new employee in 1985 at ChemLawn. Ed was assigned as my mentor. It made it so much easier for me as we hit it off right away. It helped develop friendships with other employees making my job fun to be at
I always appreciated that

We played a lot of golf together with our work buddies One time Ed hooked a tee shot into a quarter car wash. I laughed so hard. Can still hear that ball bouncing around inside that place even today
