Ed was a friend and a mentor to me. He was always present with a listening ear and a kind heart. He was a good listener. I rode all over metro Atlanta with Ed to go to meetings and we always seemed to get lost together. I can say that it was always a pleasure to be lost with Ed. Those times were full of stories and laughs. I am better for having known him. I pray that his memory is a blessing to all who had the pleasure of his company. I also hope that he lives on in the stories shared by his family and friends for many, many years to come.

Heaven has another angel.
Ed and I worked together at the Archdiocese of Atlanta. He was an advocate for those with special needs. He had a heart of gold that was focused on ministry. He will be missed by many.
Sharon, may your memories of Ed be a source of comfort to you during this time of loss.

Dear Sharon and Family,
I just found out about Ed today. I worked with Ed at the Archdiocese and he was always so uplifting. I could not help but smile as I read about him being kind and soft spoken. This is just the way I remember him.
Ed was an exemplary Christian gentleman!
I will pray for you all as you mourn his loss and of course pray for the repose of his soul.
