He and his wife, Yvonne were so pleasant and would bring me flowers when they visited the office I worked in for many years. Was so sad to hear of Mr. McDowell´s passing. My prayers for his sweet wife and family. I know he will be greatly missed.

Sorry for your loss. I remember when he was postmaster and came to Buffalo Elementary where he talked about stamps collecting them, which I did and still do to some extent.

Yvonne, I´m so sorry to hear Of Ray passing. I always enjoyed seeing you and him at the office. I´ll always remember his stories about his flowers and the arrangement you all brought to me. My prayers for you and your family.
