I would have loved to have talked to him, being my father and uncles also served in world war 2. You have my blessings and condolences. My prayers to you and your family. Your buddy. tom ng

To Darlene, Terry, Kevin, and Stacay...sorry to hear of your parents passing...they were special folks and loved our community in the east and touched many lives.
To all us little leaguers who were touched by Mr. Eddie, we never forgot that he was our biggest fan.
As the memories faded from the glory days of our youth, when you ran into Mr. Eddie, he would be the first to remind you of that clutch hit you had, or the game saving catch. Sometimes true, sometimes embellished...to him, we were all his all stars.
And thanks for picking me up on Thursdays to bring me to p.o.p at Ponchartrain beach.
In heaven I hope there is a snowball stand across the street from your cloud and a ballpark down the road...let' play ball, then go fishin.
