I first met Ed when I was working for Sal Bonafede. I had put my contact lens in my mouth to clean it (bad!) and Sal startled me and I sucked the lens into my throat. Sal rushed me to Ed´s office to try to retrieve it. Alas, it was gone but I gained the best eye doc around - and boy did I get a lecture about contact cleaning! He was the most kind, gentle man and I was fortunate to get to know him personally over the years. Always lighting up the room, no one can ever replace him. He will be missed by all who crossed his path. I send my love to Claire and all his family.

I first met Dr. Ed when I worked with Claire Rothman at The Forum. He was always polite, professional and friendly. He was a great support for Claire and a wonderful person to all of us. May he RIP.

A big, beautiful, warm hearted man. Very kind and engaging.! A fabulous artist. A beautiful relationship with Claire. He will be so dearly missed and did so much for so many. To be a memorable man in the heart of his beloved, as well as all the peoples lives who he touched is a great meaningful life. RIP. May your memory be a blessing
