Dear Family, I had the pleasure and priviledge of meeting " Aunt Effie" through a dear friend of mine, Carol Jean Ray, another friend..Gay and I were fortunate enough to spend a few weeks with this Grand Lady. We were made to feel as if we were family. I remember warm hugs, beautiful smiles and especially home made breakfasts that were fit for royality and those BISCUITS can't be matched, even today! We all seem to compare every Biscuit we have in restaurants with Aunt Effie's and are always dissappointed. This fabulous woman will be sorely missed..but the warm and sweet memories will continue to be in the hearts of all that Aunt Effie touched. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you. Remember she will be watching over you from above. With love, Ann Bovard

Dear Aunt Effie,
What a remarkable lady; having met her, staying in her home for 2 weeks, I grew to love this woman who embodied all that Christ asks us to be.
Aunt Effie cooked the most marvelous breakfast, told wonderful stories, and loved her Lord. Over the years Carol Jean has given me updates on this dear lady. I am saddened at her going home to the Lord; yet rejoice for there is another angel in heaven. This is truly a life to be celebrated!
I love you Aunt Effie,
Greer Gay Jensen (Gregory)

Dear family. I share the sorrow and loss I know you are feeling. Your Mom was one of my favorite people. The summer vacations we spent at Aunt Effie's were always the highlight of the year. I'm so glad we were able to visit her several times since we moved to Tn. She is with the Savior she Loved. Love Edward & Marlene

Mom Tucker was a wonderful person, a teriffic Grandmother and most importantly, a Christian. Because of that last part, I look forward to seeing her again in heaven for I too am a Christian.

My dear sweet Aunt Effie...This Lady was the most amazing person I've ever had the privilege of knowing and loving. I'm 64 years old and can't remember a time that Aunt Effie wasn't a part of. She had what we would consider now a difficult life. Very few amenities all those years ago, yet she raised and cared for nine beautiful, awesome children. She,along with Uncle Clint, kept her kids warm and clean and fed and loved for all these many years...too many for some to even appreciate. She was witty, fun to be with..the best cook in the world..she loved and cherished the Lord and gave thanks everyday for everything. I was just saying to Barbara, her daughter, she was not an ordinary Lady, She was an extraordinary Lady. She was my favorite Aunt, forever. Love you so much, Aunt Effie

My Grandmother was an amazing woman. A lifetime of memories are still not enough at times like these. I hear her laughter, her singing and even smell her cooking. I feel her when I see a beautiful flower or a tree that is in bloom. Never gone and never ever forgotten. I love you Gram
