Dr. Osorio is still remembered, thought of often and I still refer back to his caring ways with my fur babies, especially his care with my little love Isabella. He was always her special Valentine and I'm sure she's right by his side (he was her secret crush too).
When you think of Angels - Dr. Osorio is definitely one! God blessed us who were fortunate enough to have had him in our lives. I know he is by God's side surrounded by all the precious pets he treated and loved as well as all the other animals in Heaven. I am forever grateful to God that He sent Dr. Osorio to all of us. We were in the presence of a real Angel sent from Heaven.
I will always love you Dr. O.
XOXO and furry kisses

Dr. Osorio will never be forgotten and he has a very special place in my heart forever. He cared for and loved my fur babies as though they were his own. In a way- they were. We were part of something much larger, those of us whose lives were touched by Dr. Osorio. He was and is a pure, loving Angel. An Angel on Earth and now by God's side. I truly believe that. Never have I met a person like him. Never. Words cannot explain or describe what he meant to me. The love. The absolute trust I felt. He had to be an Angel amongst us. Tears still fill my eyes, and my throat chokes up- but then I remember how blessed I was to have had him in my life.

I'm SO glad to have the opportunity to remember Dr. O on his anniversary!
He was a wonderful person, a great Vet and a shining light in a world sadly missing kindness and beauty ,and grace!!!!
I miss him-think of him numerous times as the days go by and still tear up every time we go to Smithland, which is directly across the street from his office!

The loss of Dr. Osorio has been a significant loss in my life. He loved all my furry children through the years and they loved him. I will never forget when he came out to my car to carry Lady into the VANB because she was too sick to walk and I was an emotional wreck. Who does that? I think about him often and have made a monthly contribution to the Cosgrove Animal Shelter in his honor. We all love you Dr. O! My condolences to his wife and family and all the staff. He will be missed and forever in our hearts.

Efren was a special veterinarian. As a valuable member of the team when he was at Middletown Veterniary Clinic. I remember when I showed up at clinic at 6 am and he answered the door and asked or so politely how he could me . I said oh your the new vet that my brother hired(my brother was the owner of the clinic) I held out my sick toy poodle josh and then I said I’m Mike sister fix my dog!! The look on Efren face was priceless. He took the toy dog in his arms and started asking me. A bunch of questions about josh problems. He then said I think I should call your brother to inform him that you showed up with your sick dog. When he did call my brother Efren woke him up of a sound sleep. Neèdless to say my brother was angry at both Efren and me. But Efren remaind calm cool. I explained why I showed up to my brother clinic without a phone call in advanced. Efren was a gentleman through that visit and many other visits.? I am SO SORRY to hear of his death from COVID. Such a waste of a GREAT DOC.

Will miss him more than words can tell!!!

Dr. Osorio was the best; my deepest condolences to Katrina and his beloved dog and cats; to Lisa, Sara, Cheryl, Erica and all his VANB family. What a tragic loss to the entire veterinary community. His compassion, love, and wealth of knowledge will be hard to surpass. My cats were extremely lucky to have him in charge of their care and well being. But his care went beyond the pets; he was also genuinely concerned for the owners. I started bringing my cats to him several years ago when I was smack in the middle of my daughter's brain tumor diagnosis. That man saw the pain and overwhelming fear of that situation in addition to my fear of possibly losing one of my cats at that time. He understood that my cats meant more to me than just being a pet. No explanation needed. I was always greeted with a hug and not just any hug, but one that you felt hugging your soul. I know he'll be greeted by all those pets in Heaven and those that weren't in his care. Dr. O, I surely hope you know the impact you've had on so many of us. Rest peacefully and give them all hugs from us...

Our deepest sympathies to Dr.Osorio's wife, family and entire staff at VANB. We were so sad and heartbroken to hear the news of the passing of Dr. Osorio. Our family has known Dr. Osorio since he began working with Dr. Hart a long time ago. Dr. Osorio cared for our family pet Chrissy for 18 years. At the end of her life Dr. Osorio came to our home to lovingly euthanize her. It was a beautiful experience that we will never forget. I will never forget the love , time, attention he gave to each detail of Chrissy's very long life and all the care and love he gave to our family. When I married and we decided to get a family dog .......It never crossed my mind that any other person or practice would love and care for our Timmy. Dr. Osorio through the years spent a lot of time loving Timmy and countless check in's on our little fellow. We will be forever grateful to him and his dedication and compassion to each patient and their families.

We were so saddened to hear about the loss of Dr. Osario. Our first encounter with him was the day we lost our first Golden. Dr. O was so caring and supportive. He truly helped us get through a very tough time with his kind words and wonderful hugs. He was genuine and always cared for our dogs like they were his own. We will miss him tremendously. The world lost a very special and gifted veterinarian.
Thinking of Katrina and the staff at VA.

My deepest sympathy to Dr. Osorio's wife, family, friends & staff at VANB. It was shocking to hear of his passing and he will truly be missed. Dr. Osorio was an Angel on Earth~ his compassion for all animals and their owners was beyond comparison. He was, what I called, our Pediatrician, the way he cared for my fur babies was as though they were human~ and not 'just' a dog. I will forever be grateful for his loving care & support from the very first day I got my Isabella to the end when I needed to say goodbye to her. He was her special Valentine and it's most likely he will be her Valentine in Heaven too. We were all blessed to have Dr. Osorio touch our lives~ and I will never ever forget him. May he RIP and I pray we all find comfort in our own memories of his smile, compassion, strength & love.

We have lost a truly special person. We knew we were lucky to have Dr. Osorio and the NBVA team care for our pets, but the true blessing was that we got to know the kind soul of Dr. Osorio.
We send our deepest sympathy to the staff at VANB and the Osorio family. We hope you will find peace in your memories, and in imagining the overwhelming reception that Dr 0sorio is surely receiving up above.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Dr Osorio. He was a wonderful man with so much compassion, caring and love. Not only for our pets but for us as well. When our Ashley left us, he sat down next to our young daughter, put Ashley in her arms and sat down next to her with his arm around her. I will forever be thankful for his kindness. I’m not sure we will ever find another Veterinarian like him.
Condolences to his wife, family and staff

I am saddened to learn of Dr. Osorio's passing. He was such a kind and caring gentleman who not only cared for our animals but was very compassionate toward us when we lost all three of our pets within a year! It will be very difficult to find another veterinarian who is as knowledgeable and caring as he was. Rest in peace.

We were so devastated to hear that Dr. O passed away. He was truly one of the most selfless, caring and devoted people I have ever known. I have fond memories watching him work in the middle room as Dewey and I patiently waited our turn to see him. He always gave 100% to every patient. He will be deeply missed by so many. My deepest condolences to Katrina and all his coworkers. He will be in our hearts forever. Rest in peace my friend.

Dear Katrina,
We were devastated to hear that Dr. Osorio has passed on. He was the kindest man I’ve ever met, he did so much for us and C.C. Over the years. It’s difficult to comprehend that’s he’s now no longer with us but now an Angel looking down upon us. I hope that his legacy and the lives he’s touched bring you a sense of calm and peace at this time.

I am so heart broken to have lost such a wonderful man , Dr. Osorio was more than a vet but a friend to all he came in contact with. He treated my furbabies with such compassion and care. It saddens me that we were not able to see him one last time but in this time of distancing it was not possible. He will be thought of often and missed terribly. My deepest sympathies to his beloved wife and family.
