Elaine Campana Golob, 81, of Willoughby, Ohio, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2021. She was born in Collinwood on May 3, 1940 to John and Julia Campana (both deceased). After moving to Richmond Heights as a young girl, she graduated from Euclid High School. Elaine's family fostered two infant boys until their adoption. Following her retirement from Skidmore Gear, she was a pen pal for many years to elementary aged students in the Parma School District. Elaine is survived by son Martin Golob, III, his wife Wendy, her grandchildren Janine Kunitz (Michael), John Golob (Jana Tahtinen), Juliet Golob (Austin Vlodyka) and a great grandchild (Kunitz) on the way. She is also survived by her brother John Campana, his wife Janice, sister Juliana Dulzer (late Edward), brother Lawrence Campana (late Barbara), sister-in-law Patty Marinelli (late John) and sister-in-law Nancy Smyth. Elaine had 14 Nieces and Nephews: Christine; Ed D.; Holly; Christopher; Patrick; Mark; Katie; William; Ed W.; Anita; Joshua; Rebecca; Aaron; Sarah and 34 Great Nieces and Nephews: Luke; Mallory; Daria; Rebecca; Reed; Joseph; Leann; Eve; Victoria; Nathaniel; Lynn; Sarah; Gianna; Sean; Jasper; Rayann; Sullivan; Emmet; Maxine; Bernadette; Benjamin; Alexis; Evelyn; Samuel; Elisha; Adeline; Avery; Isaac; Grace; Alexander; Isabella; Luciano; Aiden; Josephine. Elaine also leaves behind many cousins, neighbors, family and friends in both Ohio & Michigan. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite church or charity. Elaine & her family wish to thank everyone who helped her along the way. She loved all of you and will be missed. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE FIORITTO FUNERAL HOME, 5236 MAYFIELD ROAD, LYNDHURST (EAST OF RICHMOND RD) SATURDAY, MAY 22 FROM 9 TO 10:30 AM, followed by a Private Service for close family and friends, (due to Covid restrictions.) Interment will be at Knollwood Cemetery, Mayfield Heights. Please leave Elaine's family a message in her guestbook. FACE MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED.
