Dear Peter, Chris and Alex

Elaine was a very special person. Seldom in your life to meet such a warm compassionate person who had such a zest for life. She was a special hockey mom and member of our team. We will truly miss her.

Dear Peter, Christopher and Alex,

I am so very sorry about the loss of Elaine/your Mom. I know how deeply you all feel this and I know she would have done anything in her power to spare you.

I was privileged to know her so well and will miss her humor, compassion, encouragement and wisdom.

She was a remarkable person, too. It seemed that every time I saw her she revealed a new surprise about herself -- running an airport...going to Yale in her 30's, gymnast, marksman -- it seemed she could do anything. But despite all of her accomplishments, what she was proudest of was her family, and her love was very great.

You all were so blessed to have had her. I also was blessed with her friendship and I will treasure all of my memories of her.

Sincerest sympathy,

Alice McKeon

With deepest sympathy,

Dear Peter, Christopher and Alex,

We were so saddened to learn of Elaine’s passing. She was such a wonderful woman. Her warmth and inviting personality and the love she had for people made you feel happy just to be around her. Her presence could warm up even the coldest of hockey rinks. The pride and love she had for her family was readily apparent; you were the center of her universe and she wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We hope that you will find comfort in the memories you cherish and support in the friends that surround you.
