Hi Laine, I can´t believe it´s been almost 5 years since you left me. I´m a year older now than you were when you died. I miss our phone calls so much. I remember when we were kids you making me sleep by the door because you were afraid someone would come in the door. I remember you sneaking out to see Dottie then come home to tell me of all your adventures. I love you sis.

I was thinking of Elaine Miles today. She was also a Reike Master and would help us when we had pain. I knew her when she worked at IBM and also when she took that epic sailing trip. She was always kind to me.

I am so sorry to hear about Elaine's passing. Every time she came to Manchester she would always come to see my mother. She would also write letters about her adventures. My sympathies to all the family. Carmel

I am shocked, deeply saddened and grieved to learn of the suffering and passing of Elaine. We were close friends prior to her move to CA. She was always upbeat and positive in any situation and a joy to be with. She was warm and caring with a heart of gold. I loved her dearly. I remember our long talks across the vast expanse of her super long seesaw floating up and down and up and down. She and Cindy and Eileen made the sweetest baby blanket when my daughter born. I cherish that memory along with many others. She had and shared many talents. Sewing, cooking etc. Elaine was just a wonderful person all the way around. She loved her children dearly and was an exceptional single mother for a time too. Having grandchildren I'm sure was an endless major joy and blessing. I could go on and on while my heart aches for you all and my eyes continue to well. Cindy, Eileen and boys I am just so, so sorry. I could just go on and on. She was so deserving. Deepest heartfelt sympathy and warmest hugs to you all and family.

Michael, Cindy, Eileen and Bryan, I am deeply sorry for the lost of your mom. I have a lot of great memories of our time hanging around your home when we were kids. Remember that your mom is not really gone as you are all a part of her. May God be with you all in this time of need. Our love and prayers. Karen Freedman Dorsett

Although I had not seen or heard of Elaine since our graduation from St. Augustine school in 1956, I looked up our graduation picture taken in Ste. Cecilia Hall.
My sympathy to all the family and friends of Elaine. We shall meet again in our final class reunion in heaven.

So sorry for your loss. Your mom was a giving, generous outgoing woman. She always looked for the fun and best of life. So many memoirs of her smile. She was special and will be greatly missed by many. Love to all of you, Anna Mae

It was her time to go. Elaine is spending Christmas in Heaven this year and joining the choir of angels.
It may have been your time to go Laine but I wasn't ready to let you go. I love you so much and I miss you. I know you're in a better place. You suffered so much the past month. Watch over me, your little sister.
