Eldred W. Pannell

Mr. Pannell was one my favorite customers I ever had at my babershop...I will miss him dearly...every time he came to my shop he made me smile...not too many people you meet in life that are just genuinely kind..just the way his daughters cared for him let me know what type of man he was. I would take extra time on his head just to talk to him and listen to almost a century worth of knowledge and life..Thank you Mr. Pannell for your tomatoes...your patronage and as a father of three daughters also... i want to thank you for the advice and wisdom you were always willing to share about raising daughters.....You will be missed.

So very sorry to hear of Cousin El's passing. I believe he was the last of his generation in the Pannell family. I remember him as a man of few words and gentle manner who had a very strong presence about him. He was a great example for all of us who followed him of how to live a life with dignity and integrity. He will be greatly missed by all us in the family and all who knew him.
