Eleanor Cowles Obituary
She will be sadly missed by her children, Jason (Tara), Darcie (Lester), Shannon (Dustin) and her four grandchildren Brooklynn, Emma, Olivia and Anson. She is also survived by her brother Don (Laurie) as well as nieces and nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held Saturday, June 17th from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at Royal Mayfair Golf Club, 9450 Groat Road NW Edmonton, Alberta. Friends may pay their respects anytime during. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.

Eleanor was a role model to me many years ago when I had the pleasure of working with her at IPL. She was so full of fun and grace. I still think of her often, and am so sorry to have just learned that she passed last year. I'm so grateful to have known her. My condolences to her family and those who loved her.

Our hearts are saddened to hear of Eleanor's passing and our prayers are with her family during this difficult time. I had the privilege of working with Eleanor at Enbridge for many years and she was a great mentor. One of God's great lights has gone out but she will never be forgotten.

Joan and I were very saddened to hear of Eleanor's passing. I have fond memories of our neighbourhood childhood and how Eleanor was always bubbly and happy. Our condolences to all the family. Eleanor was special.

Eleanor, you will always be remembered fondly, as one of the "gang" with Dawson/Card/ Rowand and Powers. We'll always remember your enthusiasm/smile, and contagious laugh. Was wonderful to see you again at the Ross Shep reunion. Your family is very lucky to have had you. Sadly missed/forever remembered...In Peace.
