Thank You for all the prayers, support and kind words. Ellen may no longer be here with us but she will forever be remembered as a wonderful wife, best friend, sister and co-worker. "You were home and i do not know how not to go home".

I just want to say that Eleonor was a very special friend. She and I worked together at Pacificare, Guam. Though it was short, I've always valued our friendship. I will treasure our time outside of the office. She will be missed. I still have the messages she sent me via FB.

My dearest cousin you are the most wonderful person that god create ,But he only lend you in this world to create such a wonderful memories for the people you love. You must be gone but in our heart you always be there this is not a good bye but until we meet again .I love you my cousin I will never for get you .

While I never met Eleonor, I had the pleasure of talking with her on the phone many times in the past 3-4 years of my professional career as a consultant on Riverside County planning projects. Seems odd to have a relationship based solely on short phone conversations, but some of us do and I always thought very fondly of Ellie. She had a very cute personality and was always a pleasure to chat with! Her presence will be missed. My sincerest condolences to her family, friends and co-workers!

Eleonor, you were with our County family every day and then you weren't, and it was hard to believe. The one o'clock lunch buddies won't be the same without you. Who will I tease about napping at lunchtime - or about Dennis having the same name as one of our Diocesan priests? Seriously, now you are with the communion of saints, but we will never forget you. I hope you are on my welcoming committee when I reach the "pearly gates."

I still couldn't believe that you're gone. Your smiles and your giggles are still vivid in my imagination. You and I will meet again. One day in some far off place, I will recognize your face. I won't say goodbye my dear cousin Ellen, for you and I will meet again. Kiss the pagong clan for me when you get to heaven. I will surely miss the gentle, kindhearted person in you. All my love.❤

Its been a long day without you my friend. I'll tell you all about it when I see you again.

Ellen, our time together was short, but truly enjoyable. If it weren't for God's great ocean, we could have spent more time together talking about our dreams and frustrations. Alas, you are with God-and in paradise, you shall never fade. We will miss you, sis!

Eleanor, thank you for sharing so many hugs, tears, laughs, and giggles with me. You were so gentle, sweet, and compassionate. I will never forget how I felt every time I cross paths with you. A beautiful life that came to an end, she died as she lived, everyone's friend. In our hearts, a memory will always be kept, of one we loved, and will never forget. Miss and love you so much love bug. This isn't goodbye...it's see you later; make sure you keep an eye on all of us in Heaven; until we hug again.

Eleonor, you were truly our sunshine. Your humble and warm character brightened my life every day. Your beautiful smile and humorous stories made me want to stop at your cubical every morning. I Miss you so much!

Elenor was one of the kindest people I knew, she was always so happy and friendly, she had such a great smile, you will be missed greatly.

Dearest Eleonor, I remember the first time we met and I heard your affectionate laughter. We both started at the Planning Department around the same time and had to attend the manager/employee introductory meeting. We all had to take turns answering the intro questions.. who are you? what is your background? etc I stated my piece so fast and low that I doubt anyone heard me. When it came to your turn, you said, PASS and laughed. It made everyone smile and laugh. You always had a way to make any situation light with your sense of humor and stories. I love that about you and being around you was always fun. I'll remember how we speed walked through skid row and managed not to get swiped at union station. I will miss your physical presence but I know your essence is at peace in heaven with those who have parted from us before. Your smile and laughter will forever be a part of my heart until we see each other again, love you.

Nicest lady I've ever met. She was a joy to be around, always smiling, always cheerful, always helpful. Gone way too soon but she is surely with God now. My condolences to the family.

Eleonor, though I know you won't be able to read this anymore, I still want to tell you that the times we had were few but memorable. I remember you sharing your humongous cookie from Atrium with me, you calling me "Uy Cecile", the Kojik soap we both use, and the taking naps instead of walking. The last memory of your face was when I saw you in your car, sweetly and happily waving "bye" to me. I didn't know it was to come true. I will miss you friend. Our loss is heaven's gain. Will miss you dearly.

Dearest Ele, the world will never be the same without you. But I am sure you are spreading your smile and joy in heaven. I am truly going to miss you. I can still hear your voice and I amso thankful that you are a part of my life. God bless you Dennis and your family. Ele would leave me little notes my favorite was when she would say "Guhdnyte"... My heart truly aches; however I can't think of Eleanor without smiling or even laughing. She brought such a ray of sunshine to my life. My fondest memory will be of her throwing the back of her hand to her forehead and shaking her head laughing. Eleanor if we have to work in Heaven tell them to build my cubicle next to yours so we may continue.....You're missed 4'11.

Eleonor was the "Sunshine" in our Organization. Eleonor had this contagious smile that made us all feel special and loved in a way that was so magical but most importantly unconditional. Eleonor left a foot print on all of our hearts; whether it was her smile, her character, or her child like innocence. She and I used to often joke about our height size; I called her my 4'11" little love bug. I would tease her, cry with her, laugh with her but mostly hug her so much that it melted away all the worries of life. Eleonor wasn't a co-worker or a friend; she was a sister to all of us; she was family. Eleonor was a warrior and her strength was measured by the size of her heart. She respected everyone humbly. She stood for honor. She loved hard; she will always be a voice and a shield for the ones she loved. Eleonor is truly a beacon to light. We will truly miss her but she will never be out of our hearts and thoughts. There is a saying; when it's our time to go, all we can truly take with us is our memories; this is so true because all I have left of Eleonor is the beautiful memories and laughter we shared. Thank you Dennis and Vangie for sharing this beautiful woman with us for so many years. Eleonor will never be forgotten, because you can't forget someone that is unforgettable; like Eleonor.

The kindest, most gentle person I've ever known. She was born to Amando Macale and Socorro Reyes Macale on December 31, 1958, grew up in Mandaluyong City Philippines, attended elementary and high school at Colegio Del Buen Consejo. Earned her Bachelor in Accounting at the Jose Rizal Unniversity and worked as an auditor at Kamayan and continued her career in Guam where she met the love of her life. They both migrated to California . She made our parents very happy. Eleonor is Ellen to her friends, Len to her family and Honey to her beloved husband Dennis. Oh how I missed you my dearest sister. We always do things together, shopping , dining out , watching movies and many more. You always makes me feel good , safe and happy. I was the happiest when you decided to move here from Guam. My sister, I've always been so proud of you, being the best sister the kindest person and friend to anyone and your great achievements at work. You're always ready to help our family your unconditional love to our siblings is so admirable . You'll be terribly missed. Len I love you so much.... Kiss Nanay and tatay for me.
