I was so fortunate to purchase Jim and Elli's home in Gold Hill. As a Gold Hill born and raised 'kid' it only seemed a natural next step for the beautiful property. When at the service for Elli it was said that Elli would say they bought the place in Boulder for the tree and the house came with it. I was so tickled to hear this, as this is what I have always said, and truly felt about the home in Gold Hill. I met with Jim and Elli in Gold Hill, to talk and I told them I love the aspen grove, the outhouse and the front porch and I would be honored to have their home. Elli looked at me with her smile full of wonder and said, "Krissy do you want to see the house?"
