My Aunt Liz was one of my first "pen-pals." She and I exchanged letters for years. She was my confidant. I could tell her everything. Aunt Liz supported me in all my crazy artistic endeavors. I loved her lots, and will miss her terribly.

My Aunt Liz was a wonderful, wonderful, person. She had a heart of Gold, always had a smile for you and never, ever wanted to complain, even if she had all the right too. She could tell stories for hours, especially about her grandchildren, daughter, and son. She had countless numbers of photos all over her apartment to remind herself of her family and friends. Even though she could not see very well at all, she saw the beauty in everything and everyone.
Every time I visited, at her apartment or at the nursing home, I hated to leave her, she just loved company, she would start another story just to keep you there, and it worked, before you knew it you were drawn in to more history and stories of family and friends.
I know she had a strong faith and believed she would be with loved ones when she passed, I believe so too.
You will be greatly missed Aunt Liz, loved you dearly and always will.
