Elizabeth Futo Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beautiful mother, Elizabeth Futo, who left us peacefully on January 19th, 2025, at the age of 60.
Born on May 12th, 1964 in New Brunswick, NJ, she was the heart of her family and the guiding principle that held us all together through stormy weather. Her gentle nature and love for her children and grandchild were present in every moment of her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Father Stephen G. Futo, and Mother Elizabeth Futo (Sandor).
She is survived by her loving children, Elena Szendi (Tim Morgan), Tunkhannock, PA; Olivia Szendi, Manalapan, NJ; Stephen Szendi (Julie Giurici), Jackson, NJ; her cherished grandchild, Liam Morgan; her ex-husband and love of her life, Janos Szendi, Manalapan NJ.
A celebration of Elizabeth Futo's life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St Jude's Children Hospital a cause close to her heart.
