Dear Briggs family,
Polly was truly one of the finest
people that I have ever known.
Always a caring lady and always saying good things about other
people... You will always have
wonderful memories of her.
My prayers are with you.

Dear Randy & Family:

I send my sympathy to you upon the loss of your wonderful Mother. She lived a rare life of excellence, strength and grace. These things are left behind and can be seen in her family. May the warm memories of the past bring you comfort today and always.

Randy and Diana: My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. Your Mom and Floyd were my neighbors for years and what a delight they were. She truly was a gracious and beautiful lady and will be missed.

Dear Randy and family,
Although I was aware that your Mom's illness was increasing daily it is still a difficult reality for all who knew and loved her. She was my guardian angel when I arrived in Ocala homeless and jobless with two children in tow. Through her love and guidence I was able to make a new life. She will always hold a very special place in my heart. May God bless you all with peace at this sad time.

On behalf of the Quigleys, I want to express my condolences. The name Polly Briggs has always been familiar as a part of the time Daddy was rector at Grace Episcopal in the 1950's. I remember seeing your mother at a lunch Lee Brown had for us in Ocala after Mother died in 2005. Daddy wanted to be sure I let you know how sorry he is. You are in our prayers.

Randy and John, and families,
You may lose family members and dear friends but when you lose your mother it leaves a hole in your heart that is impossible to describe. Today would have been my mother's 93rd birthday...I know how you are feeling right now. Your consolation is in knowing how revered your mother was to all whose lives she touched. And in knowing that she is at peace.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sincerely, Vangie C.(Swigert)Rich

John, Randy and all Polly's family
While her death came as no surprise to me I was deeply saddened to receive the news of her death. What a wonderful lady has left our midst and her loss will be strongly felt by all who knew and loved her.
The Pasteur family has been a fixture in Ocala longer than nearly any other family here. I knew and loved her father, George, and they were all contributors to their community and their church.
We are in N.C. and I am so sorry we can't be with you to celebrate her life here. She, and all of you, will be in our prayers as we know she is being recieved into the Loving Arms of our Saviour.

What a wonderful homecoming in Heaven where Polly once again is visiting with her family and friends, which include some of the real backbone foundation of Ocala and Grace Church. She has left us with so many wonderful things to rememebr her by, including that warm, beautiful smile as she looked over her shoulder to see who had come in the door at the 7:30 service. And if you were not there, she wanted to know why and sent a bulletin so you could keep up to date. One of her great legacies has to be her wonderful sons. She should have givven lessons in how to raise boys! But I guess I shall remember her most with the thought that here was a true Christian! What a wonderful lady. Heven is full of happiness , and she would want us to be happy for her too! God bless you Randy and John and your families. Polly Briggs Kenney was one wonderful lady!
