Elizabeth Ann MacAskill

MacASKILL, Elizabeth Ann (Hancock), of Arlington, formerly of Cambridge, passed peacefully on August 3, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of 57 years to the late Edward G. MacAskill, Sr. Loving mother of Lisa Diamandis and her husband Harry of Arlington, and Edward G. MacAskill, Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Millis. Proud 'Nana' of Elizabeth McGaw and her husband Daniel, Victoria Diamandis and her Fiancé Robert Trickett, Alexandra MacAskill and Joseph Theodore, and Jordan Nicinski and her husband Daniel. Cherished great grandmother of Adelyne Trickett. Dear sister of the late Donald B. Hancock and David C. Hancock. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visiting Hours will be held at the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., Rt. 60 (adjacent to St. Agnes Church) ARLINGTON, on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 from 4pm-6pm. A Eucharistic Prayer Service will immediately follow at 6pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Interment will be private. The MacAskill family would like to thank all of the nurses and staff at the Courtyard Nursing Center in Medford for the care and compassion their mother was shown over the past 13 years, they are forever grateful.
