To the family, many, many friends, colleagues and fans of this wonderful actress Ms. Elizabeth MacRae fine comfort with you during this difficult time in your lives. Ms. Elizabeth MacRae was an actress best known for her performance in "Gomer Pyle, USMC" as Lou-Ann Poovie, Gomer's girlfriend. We enjoyed the shows to whom she brought much laughter and joy too. May the love and the special memory you shared and cherish with her show just how much your life was touched by her. May you find comfort in your wealth of fond memories together with Ms. Elizabeth MacRae. May the God of comfort bless your grieving hearts with strength, loving kindness and peace as the world copes with the loss of Ms. Elizabeth MacRae. She will be greatly missed, but not forgotten.

On Gunsmoke, I was a fan forever!
Beautiful lady wonderful actress loved her southern background and
accent. I´m a former Marine that should say it all. Deepest condolences to her family. Rest in

She was a wonderful person that many in Fayetteville will miss. Always a joyful person. May she rest in peace joining with husband Halsey in the kingdom of heaven.

I still watch her playing the role of Lou-Ann Poovie on reruns of "Gomer Pyle: USMC" TV show. Ms. MacRae, thank you for sharing your skills and talents with us in the many movies, sitcoms, and voice roles.
